RETURN POLICY

HOW TO RETURN

We want you to love the KREYV merchandise just as much as we do! Because we really love it! But if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Once items have been received, you will be refunded in the form of a STORE CREDIT only. We do NOT refund to the original form of payment. 

Delivery fees are not refundable so the store credit will be less any shipping fees paid during your original purchase. Again, we require that you return the item(s) unused with all tags still attached.

To initiate a return and to receive a return code, please email customerservice@shopkreyv.com.

Please ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that can provide you with a proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit. Please allow up to 7 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.

If items are returned to us outside of our 7 day return window, they will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS 

We are unable to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed and are not in original condition. We do NOT accept merchandise if the tags have been removed. 

Items cannot be damaged or have any kind of odor.

We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online. You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.. 

No returns are accepted outside of this time frame.
