DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the receipt of payment. We do NOT process orders on the weekends nor national holidays. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.
All orders are shipped via USPS Ground at a flat rate of $9.95 USD.
KREYV is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for merchandise being shipped to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer at the time of check out.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS
On occasion, an undeliverable package may be returned to us. All items will be automatically refunded minus the shipping costs and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.
Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable cannot be re-shipped. If you would still like the undeliverable item, you are welcome to place a new order.
